You have our word that we will do everything that we can to make sure returning your product is not necessary. However, should the need arise for any reason, please call us at 347-774-1555 or email us at OKSANA@UPBAZA.COM to obtain authorization for a full refund or exchange. Please request this refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We will take appropriate action via refund or replacement immediately upon receipt. The item must be unwashed or unworn and packed in the original box.
What products are non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds on our filled products (duvets, pillows & mattress toppers) and toiletries unless they prove to be faulty or defective.
